Weight Loss Update #2

Hello again!

I hope you can tell by my positive introduction that things are going well, and I managed to survive the holiday season without completely derailing my progress! Honestly, I would have liked to lose a little bit more, but being around friends and family, being around so much food, and generally not having enough time to exercise, I actually am content just maintaining.

So what has changed in the last four weeks?

On November 28th, 2016 I weighed 146 lbs (66 kg)
Today I weigh 144 lbs (65 kg)!!!
That’s 2 lbs lost since last month and 14 lbs lost overall!!

My measurements last time VS today:

Bicep – 28 cm / 11″ VS 28 cm / 11″
Bust – 99 cm / 39″ VS 99 cm / 39″
Waist – 84 cm / 33″ VS 84 cm / 33″
Hip – 105 cm /  41″ VS 105 cm /  41″
Thigh – 52 cm / 20″ VS 52 cm / 20″

the same…

I am so happy with my progress. I feel amazing, my confidence is higher than it has been in years, and I’m starting to fit sizes that I worried that I would never fit again. In fact, I have decided as a “New Years Resolution” that I will start applying to modelling agencies this spring. Wish me luck!

    1. I don’t know if I’ll make it there by spring, but I’m going to start applying to agencies regardless. I’ve never felt so good about myself as I have over the past couple of months. 🙂
