I’ll be dialling these posts back now, as they’re not particularly interesting anymore. The big changes seem to have already happened, and anything else that happens will be subtle and will no longer need a weekly update. The one thing worth mentioning, though, is my food problem. It is amazing, I have been able to do a complete 180º turn and view food as fuel and not as a treat or a temptation. My diet is under control and I am officially down about five pounds and going strong.
However, I am now a week on Dexedrine, and I think it’s going well. My focus isn’t laserlike, but I definitely feel more productive and I’m getting more done. Even with the blog here, I’m getting to the point that I have a few posts scheduled over a month ahead of time, which is great to take some of the stress of around getting things up on a schedule. It’s too early to tell how it will affect my ‘flightiness’ in the long run, but I’m hoping to see a positive change there too, as in general, I don’t often stick to any one idea for long.
